Here are more pages from my inspiration journal. These little journals are really easy to make and only use one piece of paper/card, I used whisper white.
The colours are pool party, calypso coral, crisp cantaloupe, pear pizzazz and pistachio pudding. I used gorgeous grunge and the hardwood stamps.
I did a lot of doodling as well, it was great colouring them in with markers - takes me back to my school days.
Here are the tags that went in the pockets. I used the scallop tag topper punch to make them.
The back of the tags:
As I said yesterday I made this from following Jenny's Inspiration Station Class, why not pop over and take a look here.

Inspiration Journal
Sorry I haven't blogged for a while. I have had no mojo lately, I'm sure everyone gets that way sometimes. I found Jennibellie's Journal Workshop, she has a great free class - Inspiration Station and thought it would be a great way to get my mojo working. An inspiration station is basically a box which you put all your favourite goodies in, you know, the ones you have been hoarding for years. Jenny then shows you how to make an inspiration journal.
Here is my inspiration station:

As nearly all my crafting things are of course Stampin' Up I usedink pads, markers and stamps to make my journal. Here is the front page of my inspiration journal:
I really enjoyed making this inspiration journal, I will show you more another day, I would recommend popping over to Jenny's ning site.

Sweetheart journal pages
Here's some more journal pages, well I did say I did 50! This time I used the sweetheart stamp set and the flower for you stamp which I think goes reaaly well with this set. These are very girly pages and would look great adapted for a girls card. I used the polka dot embossing folder to add some texture.
Have you spotted the punched flowers on the last page? These are cut from our new lace ribbon punch which is beautiful and comes out in October so this is a little sneak peek.
The next two pages aren't so girly I used the colour scheme of baja breeze and crumb cake and again the embossing folder for texture. I didn't want to add too many embelishments as I didn't want the book to get too bulky so the embossing folders were great to use.

Strength and Hope Journal Pages
Hello again
Yet more journal pages, this time using the strength and hope charity stamp set from the mini, again this will be retiring at the end of the month. I know I am posting a lot of journal pages at the moment but you can adapt them to card or scrap book pages so hopefully they will give you some ideas on how to use the stamp sets.
I used the stamp-a-ma-jig a lot for these pages, I think this has to be one of my most used tools as it's so great for lining the stamp up.

Simply Said Journal pages
Here are some more journal pages, these ones use the simply said stamp set which is retiring at the end of the month. Again I used a mask, this time with some post it notes and stamped on the page, when you take the notes off you have space to write.
The butterflies are made with the butterfly embosslit.
Some more pages using this set, sorry these are photo heavy posts!

Journal Album
One of the reasons I haven't posted lately is that I have been busy making a journal album. This was comissioned by a colleague for her Mum's 82 birthday, she wanted an album that friends and family could write in. It started off as 15 pages, (30 sides) but increased to 25 pages, (50 sides!), quite a challange as all the pages were different.
This is what I came up with, don't worry I won't post 50 pages, I used some spring vintage dsp to cover the front and back pages then mainly used this colour theme throughout the album. So even though I used a few different stamp sets it was brought together with the same colour theme.
I hope you like these pages I shall post some more using other sets.

I used the baby blossom set, sadly retiring as is the springtime vintage dsp. For the page above I made a little card using a top note die, fastened with some seam binding ribbon so her Mum can open it and find the message in side. The followinf 2 pages also used the baby blossom set, I used a heart cut out of scrap paper as a mask for the first page.
I hope you like these pages I shall post some more using other sets.
